We have designed a set of diagnostic assessments that we recommend all prospective learners take. It is self-assessed which means once you have downloaded the booklet and attempted all the questions, you can mark your own responses using our easy to use mark scheme.
Based on your results of the diagnostic assessments, we will recommend one of two options: The GCSE English Language Online Study course or our Raising Skills: English course.
Pearson Edexcel Raising Skills: English
Our Raising Skills: English course is aimed at adults who want to work towards either GCSE English Language or other English qualifications to support their career progression and employment opportunities.
Why choose this course?
Most people who start this course will have taken the free Diagnostic Assessment and chosen to improve their English Language skills before starting a qualification. If you haven’t yet taken the Diagnostic Assessment to check this is the right course for you, you can download it via the links above.
Raising Skills: English is designed to be a self-study course that can fit around the demands of life, work and family. You have the flexibility to complete the studying in your own time.
