Complete your cohort confirmation by 2 May
For those of you in centres delivering our vocational qualifications, we’ve now opened the cohort confirmation, the second of our termtime checkpoints, to complete by 2 May in the VQ Learner Tracker. This important activity ensures that every learner is on track to receive their August 2025 results.

Frequently asked questions
For GCE and GCSE examinations, use the JCQ Access Arrangements online tool, accessible via Edexcel Online, to make an application.
For BTEC, Functional Skills (excluding QMA), Edexcel Award, International GCSE, L3C, Project and CIDA/DIDA., use the Pearson Access Arrangements online tool, accessible via Edexcel Online, to make an application.
If your application is not approved, you may refer it electronically (refer to Pearson). This will go to the Special Requirements team in Pearson, with any additional information for review.
Non Interactive PDF copies of exam papers can be ordered by contacting our Customer Services team through our customer portal.
