Find out how to send assignments to learners and assess learner assignments, myBTEC automatically generates learner feedback sheets and tracks unit achievement.
- Select your course from the course list on the 'manage courses' page. This will open the 'course management' screen.
- Select the 'course assignments' tab.
- Once an assignment has been reviewed and approved by an internal verifier, the status of the assignment will show as 'ready for learners'.
- Select the assignment you want and click the 'add/remove learners' button. A pop-up will appear showing all the learners currently associated with the course and assignment.
- Add the learners you wish to send the assignment to, and select 'Save'.
- Select your course from the course list on the 'manage courses' page. This will open the 'course management' screen.
- Select the 'course assignments' tab and click on the assignment you want to assess.
- Select the 'assess' option from the right-hand side of the page. This button will only be available if the status of the assignment is 'issued to learners'. A pop-up box with the details of the student names and marking criteria will appear.
- Complete all the required fields as requested.
- Read and accept the declaration at the bottom of the screen.
- Choose whether you want the assignment 'to be sampled'.
- Select 'Save'.
The status of the assignment will change to 'Marked'.
