Confirmation of Provisional Results

• Candidates Statement of Provisional Results (CSPR) slip: This is your results slip and we offer a printed, hard copy with a built-in security feature OR an electronic, PDF copy.
• A covering letter – this explains why your results are classed as provisional.

A Candidate Statement of Results is issued for each type of qualification e.g. A Level, International Advanced Level and GCSE

This service does not issue CSPR slips direct to students. However, candidates can request a copy by contacting their school, college or exam centre.

All identification documents must be in English, and your image/document format must be a JPG, JPEG, PNG or PDF.

As we are issuing your results to a University, we will require a completed and signed consent form submitting on your application

If you are applying for confirmation of provisional results on your own behalf, we only require a form of identification that shows your full name and date of birth alongside the completed and signed consent form.

If you are someone that is applying on behalf of a learner (this includes family members), we will require the following documents from the learner: two forms of identification and a completed and signed consent form.

The first form of identification can be a:

• Passport
• Driver's licence 
• Identity card
• Resident Permit (must show both front and back of card)
• Birth certificate

The additional form of identification can be a:

• Bank statement dated within the last 3 months
• Utility bill (not mobile phone bill) dated within the last 3 months
• A headed letter from your Doctor, GP or Hospital dated within the last 3 months
• Proof of Age card

Priority service is not available for Confirmation of Provisional Results. Applications will be processed in date order based on the date the application was submitted.

We offer two delivery methods for this service: email and hard copy. 

If you require both PDF and hard copy delivery, please submit two separate applications.

Your results will not be sent to the University until after the results have been published on the relevant results day.

Before applying for a PDF copy, please ensure that the University you are applying for will accept a digital copy of your CSPR.

Please ensure you provide the following information on your application:

• Correct university email address
• Student reference number for the university

Due to data privacy, the only information we can include on the delivery label of your hard copy Confirmation of Provisional Results is a student/university reference number. Please include your reference number in the additional information when submitting your application if you would like this to be included.

We can send the results to a maximum of two university addresses outside the UK (per application).

Payment

Payment for this service is by debit or credit card and you pre-authorise this amount on your card when you apply online.

It is highly advised that you use a laptop or desktop PC to apply/pay. If you encounter any issues during the payment process, please contact Student Services.

If you apply for the incorrect service for the document you require, we will cancel your application and issue a refund.

To complete the application, you will need to know the centre and candidate number (private candidates should request this information from the organisation that managed their examination(s).
