Edexcel Online booking
If you use Edexcel Online (EOL) to register your learners, you can find guidance below on how to book, amend and cancel onscreen tests.
You can deliver tests booked on Edexcel Online using our Pearson Onscreen Platform (POP).

Edexcel Online is an invaluable service for administrators, providing support at every stage of the qualification cycle, from approval to registration and entry, reporting of achievement and results, as well as post-results services.
- Select the required qualification from the dropdown on the top left of the page
- Select Onscreen Testing from the menu followed by Book a Test
- Complete all required sections of test booking and select learners
- Once tests are booked the attendance register can be accessed if required
- Select the required qualification from the dropdown on the top left of the page
- Select Onscreen Testing from the menu followed by View/Amend Test Booking
- Complete all required sections of search criteria
- Once required test is displayed it can be amended or deleted as needed
Additional time of 25% can be added by ticking the box at the time of booking. To add more than 25% extra time you will need to e-mail uk.special.requirements@pearson.com.
- Select the required qualification from the dropdown on the top left of the page
- Select Onscreen Testing from the menu followed by View results by test booking or View results by candidates
- Complete all required sections of search criteria
Important - the service levels for the return of results differ from one qualification to another. To find out what the service level is please refer to the relevant qualification page.
Depending on the qualification, the score report or rich feedback can be located on either Edexcel Online or ResultsPlus.
BTEC Specialists qualifications score reports can be found on Edexcel Online, these will be available after the results are visible on Edexcel Online
- Select BTEC from the dropdown on the top left of the page
- Select Onscreen Testing from the menu followed by Results Bulk Download
- Complete all required sections of search criteria (score reports are visible for up to 6 weeks after results have been issued)
- View or download the required Score Report
Results feedback for all other qualifications (where available) can be located on ResultsPlus if it is available.
