UK general qualifications fees 2025-26
The document below provides full information on our Pearson Edexcel general qualification fees for UK centres for the November 2025, January 2026 and June 2026 exam series.
General qualifications fees cover the delivery of each qualification over a two-year period from first teaching to successful completion of the course and assessment. Our experts work to provide schools and colleges, teachers and students with the best and most up-to-date support possible throughout this cycle. While your qualification fees are paid at the very end of the two-year course, they cover much more than just the final exams and enable us to provide everything you and your students need throughout the course. We recognise that school, college and training provider budgets are stretched, and we will always aim to keep fee increases to a minimum and provide the best support possible.
Please take a look at our visual guide below that explains this in more detail.
Please note, these price lists are live documents which we update regularly as our qualifications portfolio develops.
We’re committed to providing a wide range of support across our suite of qualifications and we will continue to extend and enhance our services and to find new ways to support you in the areas that matter the most.
Included in your qualification fees is a wide range of comprehensive support, including:
- a full programme of training events and CPD
- progression services that let you track and assess student progress during the year
- expert subject support whenever you need help
- access to past exam questions and mark schemes via our online examWizard services
- ResultsPlus, our online results analysis tool that gives you a detailed breakdown of your students’ performance in Pearson Edexcel exams
- our Access to Scripts service that allows you to view your candidates’ marked exam papers online or download as a PDF.
Academic qualification fees are published in the entry and registration basedata, which can be imported into your Management Information System (MIS).
