Our End-Point Assessment service includes access to a suite of high quality, standard-specific EPA resources, comprehensive support from our experienced EPA team and an online platform (ACE360) to manage EPA activities.
Most EPAs listed below are available for digital delivery or face to face where possible.
Current prices effective from 1 January 2025.

In 2026 we are pleased to announce a price freeze across the majority of our EPA standards, with only the following exceptions:

Frequently Asked Questions
We want to make sure that we can continue to sustain and develop the highest quality EPA solution for our customers; that's our priority. In 2026, we are pleased to offer a price freeze across the majority of our EPA standards, with only ten exceptions.
The price increase takes effect on 1 January 2026 for any EPAs taken on and from that date. We remain committed to provide customers with advance notice of these price changes, published on 1st October 2025.
No, your current EPA service agreement will cover you for any current/future price increase, though we remain committed to give you advanced notice of any change.
No, none of our fees exceed 20%.
Our EPA fees cover more than just delivery of the assessment.
They include:
- Administration, registration and assessment of EPA as set out in the standard.
- Providing guidance and support and the materials used in the delivery of EPA (including equipment or supplies necessary to enable the assessment to take place)
- Ensuring trained staff and appropriate premises are available to deliver EPA
- The development and maintenance of assessment instruments and tools
- To support any special arrangements, we may need to put in place to ensure apprentices with additional needs can fairly access EPA
- Ensuring consistent and robust internal quality assurance (for instance moderation and standardisation of assessment instruments and tools, assessors and assessment decisions)
- Including any EQA charges we may incur
