A selection of transition videos designed to help make the switch from GTX/EX models to the new CW series.
The intended audience and use for these videos are:
- For Teachers and Students looking for support on their calculator
- For Teachers to be able to show these videos in class as part of lessons
Tax Facts - free teaching resources from HMRC
Planning to teach tax skills as part of a maths lesson? Tax Facts, HMRC’s free education programme, is here to help.
Teachers can download free ready-to-go resources, designed to give students aged 14 to 17 a practical introduction to the tax system. This includes a full lesson plan that links in with PSHE education, as well as a delivery guide, videos, and activities. There is also a new Quick Answer Sheet to help you answer any questions pupils may have.
An HMRC member of staff can also visit your school to help run the session, which counts towards career guidance goals – such as Gatsby benchmarks.
