Our replacement certificate service provides replacement documents for qualifications awarded over 12 months.
Our Early Results Service is now closed for Summer 2024 applications.
If you require your CSPR (Certified Statement of Provisional Results for June 2024 IAL, GCE, GCSE, International GCSE qualifications, please apply through our Certificate Services.
Please note we will not issue the replacement Certified Statement of Results until the official certificates have been released to the centres Early November 2024.
We can only process 1 qualification per application therefore, if you require multiple qualifications such as GCSEs alongside a BTEC, this will require 2 separate applications.

Our stated processing times are estimates only, and do not include delivery time.
Once your application is ‘in process’ and you decide to cancel, you will only be eligible for a partial refund of £20 as outlined in our Terms & Conditions.
If you are applying for documents to be sent directly to WES, please note that these are currently being sent digitally and do not require a courier fee. Therefore, please apply for a standard replacement certificate with UK delivery.

- Additional copies and delivery addresses will be charged in addition and total cost will be displayed upon checkout
We only give a partial refund of £20 (plus courier fees where applicable) if you decide to cancel after your application is in process or if we are unable to provide you with a replacement certificate.
The refund is made to the card used to make payment (if the application was made within six months).
Debit/credit card details are deleted from the payment module after six months, so any refunds made after this time may take longer to process and we will require bank details.
- The priority fee for fast-tracking an application is non-refundable
- No refund is possible if the results are not suitable (in format or content) for your purposes
- We do not issue refunds or partial refunds if applications take longer than the estimated time frames.
If you decide that you no longer want us to process your application, please contact us as soon as possible via our Student Services.
Once we’ve begun processing your application, we'll only issue a partial refund of £20 (plus any courier fees) if you decide you no longer require the service.
Any applications over a year old are deleted from our systems to comply with Pearson’s privacy policies. We are unable to refund any application over a year old as we are unable to determine the application status.
Payment for this service is by debit or credit card and you pre-authorise this amount on your card when you apply online.
It is highly advised that you use a laptop or desktop PC to apply/pay.

All identification documents must be in English, and your image/document format must be a JPG, JPEG, PNG or PDF.
If you are applying for a replacement certificate on your own behalf, we only require a form of identification that shows your full name and date of birth.
If you have had a legal change in name, we will require you to provide either a Marriage Certificate, Deed Poll or DBS check.
If you are someone that is applying on behalf of a learner, (this includes family members) we will require the following documents from the learner: two forms of identification and a completed and signed consent form.
The first form of identification can be a:
- passport
- driver’s licence
- identity card
- resident permit (must show both front and back of card)
- birth certificate
The additional form of identification can be a:
- bank statement dated within the last 3 months
- utility bill (not mobile phone bill) dated within the last 3 months
- a headed letter from your Doctor, GP or Hospital dated within the last 3 months
- proof of age card
For any third-party that is not the learner, we will require a completed and signed consent form from the learner. The consent form can be found within the application form.
