Entry Level Certificate in Religious Studies 

Curriculum Mapping to AQA GCSE Religious Studies B and Eduqas GCSE Religious Studies (Route B)

The information in this document is relevant if you are currently teaching either AQA’s GCSE in Religious Studies (Specification B) or Eduqas’ GCSE in Religious Studies (Route B) and intend to offer Pearson Edexcel’s Entry Level Certificate in Religious Studies Specification (NRS0).
This document is designed to show where content from this Entry Level Certificate aligns with content present in these two GCSE specifications and to highlight areas which would require further supplementary study, to ensure full coverage of content found in the Entry Level Certificate specification.

Vacancies

We have a range of vacancies available in our Senior Assessment Associate team working on various qualifications for Religious Studies

The Principal Examiner is there to ensure that the standards of an externally assessed unit(s)/module(s)/component(s) are maintained and are consistent with the unit specification and assessment criteria. The Principal Examiner should oversee the standardisation of Examiners.

The Content Author is there to produce error-free, factually accurate assessments that align with the subject specification.
