Important information about the Level 2-4 Diplomas in Professional Competence for IT and Telecoms Professionals
Please be aware that ICT is a required functional skill within the framework for this Apprenticeship.
At Level 2 it's required at Level 1, and at Levels 3 and 4 it's required at Level 2. Delivery of the required functional skills, as per the latest framework information provided by e-skills, is required in order for centres to apply for Apprenticeship completion certificates.
In addition, unit code 302, within the Level 3 requirements, has to be completed as part of the overall qualification.

5.2 - Describe the organisation's brand or image and how it can be promoted.
5.3 - Identify the organisation's structure, roles and responsibilities.
