Results for our International GCSE in Mathematics A counted for performance table points for the first time in 2011 and will continue to do so in 2012 and 2013.

After that, if you wish to attract performance table points as part of the five A*-C (including English and Maths) and the English Baccalaureate performance indicators, you'll need to switch to the Edexcel Certificate in Mathematics (the accredited version for UK state schools).

Since there are no content changes or differences in assessment between International GCSE Mathematics A and the Edexcel Certificate in Mathematics, this is an easy switch to make. 

If you wish to continue offering the International GCSE beyond 2013, despite the fact that it won't attract league table points, you're free to do so.
