About the events
We’re running interactive grading standardisation workshop events to help you get a better understanding of marking student work. In small groups, our experienced trainers will cover the following areas during the live online session:
- Examine the effectiveness of a historic assignment brief
- Practically engage with and process and the evidence of internal verification
- Review the accuracy of the marking and grading for two student assignments
- Discuss the assessor feedback for the two pieces of student work
- Evaluate the internal verification (assessment decisions) process for student work
- Conclude with a general Q&A based on any other questions
Subjects we will cover
The grading standardisation workshops events will be taking place at the following dates and times for our BTEC Higher National qualifications. An early bird offer of £35 per registration will also be offered until 4 weeks prior to the event, after which the price will be £50 (+VAT).
