Please complete the form below so that we can create an account for your multi-academy trust or group of schools.

Once we’ve received your form submission, we’ll contact you within 3 working days and request that you complete an agreement form where you will be asked to provide the following details:

  • the name of your multi-academy trust or group of schools
  • the names of all the schools to be included in the analysis, including centre numbers
  • the full name, job title and email addresses of all staff members that access will require access to the group analysis service.

We aim to complete your account set up within 7 working days upon receipt of the agreement form and we’ll contact you to provide you with all the information you’ll need to make full use of this service.

Please note that we are unable to set up accounts or make any changes to existing accounts in the 4-week period ahead of results day. Therefore, please ensure you request your account set up well in advance of results day.
