Aimed at employees who would like to progress their career to the next level, such as working with accounts or into middle management. It is also suitable for those who wish to gain entry into sales, or for students in business-related fields, such as business, marketing or finance, who are required to have sales knowledge as part of their existing role.

Students will gain knowledge and understanding of how sales fits within an organisation, and learn how to manage accounts and the sales process itself.
