Things to do this month
The DfE has launched their consultation on post-16 Level 2 pathways, and we want to know what you think.
We’ve put together a short survey, which should take you about 10–15 minutes to complete, to ask for your views on the proposed pathways and implementation challenges. Your participation will help us to shape educational opportunities for learners, and we really appreciate it.
Please complete the survey by 30 November.

If you’re running any of our Digital T Levels, or want to give us feedback as part of our annual review, then we’d appreciate you completing our annual Digital T Level survey. Telling us about the software and programming languages you use with your students helps us keep these qualifications relevant and drives their future development.
You'll start receiving question papers, attendance registers and labels for the autumn series from Monday 17 November.
The yellow label service will be in place for this series for you to return scripts.

If you need electronic copies of question papers — for example, if you make a very late entry or need to print onto coloured paper — you’ll be able to download them from the BTEC and T Level assessment download page. You'll need Secure Download Service access on your Edexcel Online account to access secure material.
Our annual provider monitoring process will kick off soon. You'll either receive a call or we’ll ask you to complete a self-evaluation, depending on how long you’ve been delivering T Levels with us.

| First year of occupational specialism | You'll receive a provider monitoring call in terms 1 and 2 and complete a self-evaluation form in term 3. |
| Third year of delivery or more | We'll ask you to complete a self-evaluation form in term 1, though you can ask for a monitoring call. |
| Provider with outstanding action plans, maladministration, or malpractice | You'll receive a provider monitoring call each term in your first year of delivery. |

You’ll have seen in the key dates schedule that these were originally due to be released at the start of November; they’ll now be available by the end of the month, and we’ll be in touch to let you know as soon as they're live.
We understand how important these resources are for your planning, and we’re sorry for the delay. You’ll still have plenty of time to prepare once they’re released later this month, and we appreciate your patience.

Improvements to the occupational specialism
We’ve made some changes to the T Level Finance occupational specialisms to help make assessment clearer and more efficient.
No more pre-release materials. This change is designed to streamline your preparation process, ensuring all necessary information is included within the main assessment documents.
Tasks that were previously split into separate documents (e.g., Task A and Task B) will now be combined into a single task booklet. This adjustment aims to simplify the administration and handling of assessment materials.
We’ve uploaded updated administrative support guides to reflect these changes, and these are available to download from our course materials page, along with curriculum planners.
