Higher-credit Teaching in the Lifelong Learning Sector qualifications will be withdrawn on 31 August 2014, with replacement qualifications now available.
The TLLS qualifications will be withdrawn because all replacement qualifications in the Education and Training Suite are now ready for registration.
This change affects the following qualifications:
- Level 3 Award in Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector (600/2774/5)
- Level 4 Award in Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Leaning Sector (600/2771/X)
- Level 4 Certificate in Teaching in the Lifelong Learning Sector (600/5203/X)
- Level 5 Diploma in Teaching in the Lifelong Learning Sector (600/5136/X).
Although we informed you previously that the higher-credit versions of the PTLLS, CTLLS and DTLLS qualifications would be available for registration until December 2015, the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills (BIS) has now told us these qualifications will be withdrawn earlier.
