Edexcel Certificates Geography (2011)

• your knowledge and understanding of geographical concepts and their relevance to our changing world
• your ability to undertake geographical investigations that include both primary and secondary data collection and presentation, analysis and drawing conclusions
• your awareness of the importance of the location of places and environments from a local to global scale
• your appreciation of the differences and similarities between people’s views of the world and its environments, societies and cultures.

On completion, you could go on to study AS and A levels in Geography, or equivalent qualifications such as BTEC Nationals in Travel and Tourism and land-based subjects.
