The results from the second series of internally assessed and moderated components were issued on 24 August. This was a much larger entry cohort compared with the January series, particularly for component 1.

Moderation Analysis

If your cohort were not adjusted at moderation then the 'Raw' marks that you submitted will match those used for awarding and the BTEC marks convertor will confirm this.

See the BTEC marks convertor tool

If your cohort were adjusted then you may want to compare your submitted 'Raw' marks with those used for awarding and to do that please use the Results -> Reports - Bulk Download "Component Results[*.csv]" report which can be downloaded from Edexcel Online (EOL) if you cannot download this report ask your Exams Officer to provide it for you. This report will have the 'RawScore' column which represents the adjusted raw mark that was used for awarding. You can compare this to your submitted 'Raw' marks to understand how much adjustment has been applied.

Moderator Report (E9)

Your moderator writes a report to explain where it was necessary to adjust your centre’s marks. Where possible, your moderator advises you on how you could make improvements for future series.

You can find these on Edexcel Online. Please speak to your examinations officer if you don't have access to Edexcel Online.

There are detailed instructions on how to access the moderator report in a support article.
