September 2024 Maths and Statistics Update
Dear Colleagues
I hope that you have had a restful summer break and are feeling refreshed and ready for the new academic year.
This month's update is a bumper edition full of all the information and resources that you need to make a great start to 2024-25.
Results
As you reflect on the past year and inform your planning for the year ahead, a reminder that you can find all the information you need to help you access and analyse your students' results, including information and training on ResultsPlus and Access to Scripts, in our Results Days 2024 update.
We have also included some helpful FAQs for any teachers looking to understand grade boundaries and grade statistics in more depth.
Post Series Support
Our post series support is a comprehensive package of resources and training events to support teachers following the May/June 2024 exams. To help you in your planning, we have produced Post Series Support timelines that include links and release dates for all support resources and training events by qualification.

Getting Started Guides
Our new Getting Started Guides are essential for any teacher new to delivering a course, or experienced teachers looking to refresh their knowledge of the key documents and resources available to support the teaching of each of our qualifications.











Getting Started Guides for each of the above qualifications will be available from 2 September on the Maths Emporium and can be accessed using the link below.
Teachers of AS/A Level Mathematics may also find the following guides to teaching mechanics and statistics at AS/A Level helpful.
