Once a learner has completed all qualification aims, you can report their results to us by claiming a certificate. Claiming units of a qualification can be done using Edexcel Online.

We make eligibility checks on a Tuesday and Friday evening and all candidates who pass the eligibility check will have their certificates printed the following morning. The certificates are then collected by Royal Mail and will be delivered within 10 working days.
If a certificate has been issued, you should return it to your account specialist along with a covering letter to request the change. If a certificate hasn’t been issued, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request the change.
