Top FAQs for certification

We make eligibility checks on a Tuesday and Friday evening and all candidates who pass the eligibility check will have their certificates printed the following morning. The certificates are then collected by Royal Mail and will be delivered within 10 working days.

Please email wblcustomerservices@pearson.com with details of the candidate for whom you need a replacement certificate, including their registration number. There may be a charge for this service.

If a certificate has been issued, you should return it to your account specialist along with a covering letter to request the change. If a certificate hasn’t been issued, please email wblcustomerservices@pearson.com to request the change.
