Continuing Professional Development (CPD) for Associates
Designed to help you excel in your Associate role, our CPD programme, created by the Associate Relations and Development team, provides opportunities for you to develop your skills, keep up to date with relevant information, progress in your career, build confidence with new systems and work closely with your colleagues and Pearson.
What is CPD?
CPD (Continuing Professional Development) is a combination of approaches, ideas and techniques that will help you manage your own learning and growth. The focus of CPD is firmly on results. There are many benefits that professional development can bring you in the real world and perhaps the most important message is that one size doesn’t fit all. Wherever you are in your career now and whatever you want to achieve, your CPD should be exactly that: yours.
Our online modules cover a wide spectrum of training, from Pearson systems and updates to professional skills and new technologies, and we'll be refreshing them each quarter. The majority of courses can be taken on demand on a first-come, first-served basis.
