This apprenticeship standard is designed typically as a 30 month programme and is for apprentices who wish to gain the skills, knowledge and behavioural competences required to work in a supply chain role.

The Supply Chain Practitioner occupation is found in all organisational sectors and is a system of people, activities, information and resources involved in moving products or services from supplier to customer. Effective and dynamic supply chains are particularly important in fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) sectors, for example, food and drink, retail or consumables.
Supply chain functions include procurement, forecasting, planning manufacture, customer service and logistics.
Our EPA for this standard will give you and your apprentices the tools and support you need for success.
In order to meet the apprenticeship standard apprentices will be required to hold or achieve:
A minimum of Level 2 maths and Level 2 English
Apprentices without level 2 English and maths will need to achieve this level prior to taking the end-point assessment.
For those with an education, health and care plan or a legacy statement the apprenticeship’s English and maths minimum requirement is Entry Level 3 and British Sign Language qualification is an alternative to English qualifications for whom this is their primary language.
