Skilled for Life Delivery models
Here are some examples of how different centres have created programmes for a wide range of learners' needs through the Skilled for Life toolkit.
These models show how Skilled for Life can:
- be delivered to meet the requirements of government initiatives such as Traineeships and the Study Programme
- provide employability skills for learners who are participating in the Work Programme
- help learners develop personal skills to manage benefit changes through the introduction of universal credit.
These models are not prescriptive, but they may provide a useful starting point when you're thinking about the types of programmes you'd like to create for your learners.
