These models show how Skilled for Life can:
- be delivered to meet the requirements of government initiatives such as Traineeships and the Study Programme
- provide employability skills for learners who are participating in the Work Programme
- help learners develop personal skills to manage benefit changes through the introduction of universal credit.
These models are not prescriptive, but they may provide a useful starting point when you're thinking about the types of programmes you'd like to create for your learners.

Delivered by Norton Radstock College, this programme is designed for students who aren't in any form of training, education or employment (NEETs), and are working predominantly at Entry Level 3 or Level 1.
