Senior Healthcare Support Worker (L3) Apprenticeship
Revised standards from November 2022
There are now two components that make up end-point assessment:
- Observation of practice with questions
- Professional discussion underpinned by a portfolio of evidence
Specifications for all 6 pathways are now available on our website here : Senior Healthcare Support Worker (L3)
These specifications are a pre-regulated draft. Centres can use them in their preparation for EPA, however they must ensure they are replaced with the Issue 1 regulated specification when it is available.
The EPA Resource Pack referenced in the specifications will be available to download from ACE360 from July (this is to enable us to ensure comprehensive guidance is in place to support apprentices, Training Providers and employers).
