An update on all that is new in the Business and Administration and Sales, Marketing and Procurement sector.
Pearson BTEC Level 3 Certificate and Diploma for Managers
To ensure that our qualifications are fit for purpose they are reviewed periodically and updated. Following a quality review of the Pearson BTEC Level 3 Certificate and Diploma for Managers, two errors were identified in issue 1 of the qualification specification document and have since been corrected in issue 2.

These corrections relate to the addition of two missing assessment criteria in Unit 1: Principles of Leadership as detailed below:
- 3.4 Outline the benefits of an inclusive working environment to an organisation (pg32)
- 5.4 Explain how to manage the risks associated with change (pg33)
Please note that the unit content and essential information for tutors and assessors, for assessment criteria 3.4 and 5.4, is included in version 1 of the specification.
Learners registered to the Pearson BTEC Level 3 Certificate and Diploma for Managers will need to pass assessment criteria 3.4 and 5.4 in order to be certificated against the qualification. We apologise for any inconvenience caused as a result of the errors.
