BTEC Specialist qualifications Managers (L3)

The Pearson BTEC Level 3 Certificate for Managers is designed to support the off-the job training and development of learners on the Team Leader/Supervisor apprenticeship programme by helping them to develop and apply the technical and behavioural knowledge and understanding required to become competent and successful in a first line management job role.
It is also suitable for non-apprenticeship learners, who may or may not be in employment, wanting to develop technical knowledge to prepare for employment or progress their career by achieving a recognised qualification based on current employer recognised standards.
The Pearson BTEC Level 3 Diploma for Managers extends on the learning from the Certificate-size qualification to include the development of practical work-based skills and behaviours.
