New teacher support booklets for GCSE History

You can now download teacher support booklets for each unit of the new GCSE History specifications for certification from 2015.

These booklets contain useful guidance on what has changed. They provide a reminder of content changes and look in more detail at individual question types, explaining the changes and giving examples where necessary. They also provide guidance on how to create a mock exam paper using old question papers. 

The new generic teacher support booklet for controlled assessment contains a new notes and plans proforma. Word versions of this form can also be downloaded from the relevant qualification page.
