June 2025 Subject Advisor update
Welcome to the June update.
I hope the exam season went well and you are looking forward to the the summer weather and even a break.
This month's update has information about results and where you can purchase the new student text book and teacher pack for the AAQs.
Results Days for Summer 2025
Level 3 BTEC Nationals
Results released to Exams Officers (embargoed)- 6 August
Results can be released to Learners- 14 August
Level 2 Tech Award and Firsts
Results released to Exams Officers (embargoed)- 15 August
Results can be released to Learners- 21 August
Deadline for uploading final Grades
All internally assessed Unit grades must be uploaded to Edexcel online by 5 July. This will ensure that students will get their results on results day and any results can be sent to UCAS.

Moderation Guidance
You should now be receiving your Initial E9 report after moderation.
There is lots of useful information about what the report means and how to amend your marks (if required). You don't have to amend the marks.
Change in release dates for the PSA
PSAs will be released three months earlier, giving more time for teachers to plan, prepare, mark, and upload assessments.
This means we will be releasing upcoming PSA’s on:
2 June 2025 for the December/January 2025/26 assessment series
1 September 2025 for the May/June 2026 assessment series.
Earlier release dates will not alter the submission deadlines each series.
