When will I receive hard copies of OPTEMS forms?
This year we will no longer be sending out hard copy OPTEMS forms (optically scanned mark sheets) for you to submit coursework marks. This means that all marks will need to be submitted online via Edexcel Online.
How do I submit my coursework and exam marks to Pearson?
All marks must be submitted electronically via Edexcel Online. After submitting marks online you should print out a copy of marks for the moderator and a copy for your own records.
Important: Your Exams Officer may need to amend your Edexcel Online access to allow you to submit coursework and exam marks online.

How do I access Edexcel Online Content?
To use Edexcel Online, you will need to be set up with an account to get a username and password.
If your centre is already registered for Edexcel Online, you should contact your Exams Officer and ask them to create a user account for you.
If you forget your Edexcel Online password, you can ask us to send you a link to reset it. To do so, go to the main login page, click on the ‘Forgotten your password?’ link and follow the instructions on the subsequent page.
When will I be able to submit marks and see the requested sample?
You can start submitting marks and view the requested sample now. For further information on moderator samples please refer to Centre Guidance document for relevant qualification.
