As the world’s learning company, Pearson awards globally recognised academic and vocational qualifications as part of a range of offerings from online course development for higher education, to learning and development resources for corporations.
As a result of this partnership, the Pearson BTEC Level 5 HND Diploma in Business qualification has received accreditation from IPA, Australia for our Asia region students. Graduates of this qualification in the following countries will now be eligible to apply for discounted Associate Membership of the IPA (AIPA), upon completion of their qualification: Singapore, Malaysia, Myanmar, Brunei, Japan, South Korea, Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia, Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia.
Furthermore, students who are studying the Pearson BTEC Level 5 Higher National Diploma in Business are eligible to become Student Members of IPA for free. The membership will give them access to a range of great benefits designed to assist in their studies, as well as build depth and awareness of the issues in the accounting profession.
Upon receiving Associate Membership of IPA, Pearson BTEC HND graduates will also be awarded Associate Membership of the Institute of Financial Accountants (IFA) (United Kingdom), with no additional charges.
