AS and A level Music (2016) component overview
I have produced a brief summary and overview of each of the components in the AS and A Level (2016) in Music specifications.
These detail the:
- tasks each student will have to complete
- minimum requirements for each component
- percentage of the qualification covered by each component
- skills and knowledge developed.
These are available so that you can easily see what needs to completed in each component. I hope it will allow you to prepare each student to complete the required components at the correct time in the course.
This information, and my previous update on co-teachability, will give you the best opportunity to start planning your delivery of the new specifications for September 2016. Also available to help your planning are:
