Earn our Proactive Associate MFL (French, German and Spanish 2024) Credly badge
If you're thinking about becoming a GCSE examiner for French, German or Spanish (2024 specifications), there's now an extra reason to say yes.
We’ve introduced the Proactive Associate (MFL) Credly badge—a digital badge that celebrates your commitment to understanding the new GCSE MFL specification before the first assessment series in 2026.
This badge isn’t just a nice-to-have. It’s a way to:
- Show your proactive engagement with the new GCSE MFL specification
- Evidence your professional development—great for CVs, performance reviews or job applications
- Build confidence in your examining and teaching practice
- Share your expertise with colleagues and make a wider impact
To earn it, you’ll complete five development activities across listening, speaking, reading and writing. It's quite likely that you've already completed these whilst preparing to teach the specification. You’ll reflect on what you’ve learned, how it’s shaped your thinking, and how it’s influenced your classroom or assessment approach.
We’re looking for thoughtful reflections on your learning and we’ll support you every step of the way.
Already an examiner? You’re eligible too.
Not yet signed up? Becoming an examiner is the first step.
