Brand new for September 2019: BTEC Creative Practice qualifications
Brand new level 3 BTEC Performing Arts and Production Arts qualifications are now available for first teaching in September 2019.
Ready to teach from this September, the brand-new suite of Creative Practice BTEC qualifications are 100% internally assessed, approved for 16-18 funding, and carry UCAS points.
The qualifications are available in 540 and 1080 GLH sizes.
These qualifications have been developed in association with teachers and employers from the creative industry.
Reflective of the changes in the industry, the qualifications are cross-disciplinary, practical, and vocational. Their aim is to allow students to enter a broader range of higher education, apprenticeship, or entry level employment opportunities.
Not only are the qualifications progression focused, but they also benefit from reduced assessment and administration, allowing plenty of time for practical and professional skills development.
