Welcome to your November 2022 Subject Advisor update for Construction and the Built Environment qualifications.

We have delivered a few getting started events to help prepare teachers to deliver the new specification from September 2022. We have made a recording of this available, accessible below.
A useful tracker has been developed to track your students progress in the internally assessed components of the new Tech Awards. Access the Construction tracker and a template for assessment records in the link below.

The last marking and moderation training event, focusing on the internally assessed components, is on 22 November from 15:30-17:30.
Teacher packs for BTEC Tech Award in Construction and the Built Environment will be availalbe this month. You can download sample and pre-order your packs from the publishers.
Join the BTEC in Construction Facebook group for teachers. In this group, you will be able to network with colleagues, delivering Construction qualifications.
