Retaking GCSE 2011 qualifications
Candidates wishing to retake a GCSE (2011) are required to retake all the units in the qualification. Candidates will be permitted to carry forward the results from the Controlled Assessment Unit(s) if they wish, and only retake the externally-assessed units.
Please note when making entries for retakes, do not include the CAU score(s) for submission for 15 May 2016, as the CAU(s) have already been moderated.
Internal standardisation and candidate record sheets
Internal standardisation is essential and ensures that all of your colleagues delivering the Controlled Assessment Units have marked consistently and that any annotation to the student's work makes sense.
A candidate record sheet is required for each candidate, ready for submission of your moderated samples to arrive by 15 May 2016.
The sheets can be found in course materials under the controlled assessments tab.
