Things to do this month
Here’s what to expect for T Level results this summer, so you can plan ahead for results days.
We’ll send TQ component results for the core component (core exams and employer-set project) and the occupational specialism to your exams officer via Edexcel Online on 12 August 2026.
These will include a statement of results for each student and a broadsheet covering all your students across all TQ components. Results are embargoed until 13 August 2026, when you can share them with students.
The Department for Education (DfE) uses these component results, alongside industry placement completion, to issue overall T Level results through the Manage T Level Results service. They'll issue certificates and statements of achievement and report grades to UCAS.

If you have any questions about the Manage T Level Results service, contact tlevel.resultsandcertification@education.gov.uk.
If you’re planning to deliver T Levels with Pearson from September 2026, make sure you’re approved for every subject on your curriculum. If you’re not approved, you won’t be able to deliver those qualifications.
If you still need to apply, you can find everything you need on our admin support page, including application forms and guidance to help you get set up
If you have any questions or need support with your application, contact us via the Pearson support portal so we can help.
The autumn 2026 timetable is now available to download from our timetables page.
The key dates schedules for 2026–28 are now available to download from our admin support page.
You can now watch our latest training sessions on our training page, covering key updates and practical support for your delivery.
Parallel running
Parallel running happens when T Levels move from Generation 1 to Generation 2. You may be delivering both generations at the same time, either with the same awarding organisation or across different ones.
This short session explains what to expect, when it happens and what it means for you and your students.
Practical AI for T Level teaching
This new training series shows you how to use AI to create teaching materials more efficiently, while keeping them tailored to your curriculum and learners.
Our first session, From specification to lesson, is available now. Program coordinator, Monica Perez-Kim, takes you through a practical, hands-on workshop using Microsoft Copilot, including real classroom examples and how to build your own prompt agent to support your day-to-day work.

Teaching the current specification during legislative changes
Recent legislative changes, including updates to renters’ rights, may affect how current content within the occupational specialism feels in the classroom.
For now, you should continue to teach in line with the current specification. Assessments will remain based on the published specification, rather than legislative changes introduced outside the formal review cycle.
We regularly review the impact of legal changes and update specifications and supporting materials through our annual review process. We’ll share any confirmed updates with you as part of this.
In the meantime, you may wish to reference recent legal developments in your teaching where appropriate, while making sure students are prepared for assessment based on the current specification.
Please share this update with all teaching and delivery staff for this T Level in your centre.
Register students on the new occupational specialism
You can now register 2025–26 students on the new occupational specialism, Project Delivery for Construction and the Built Environment, for first assessment in spring 2027.
If you’ve already registered students on a different occupational specialism and want to move them to this one, make sure you update their registration by 31 July 2026.
Supervision for high control assessments
We know it can be difficult to secure invigilators for high-control windowed assessments, especially where specialist equipment or workshop environments are involved.
When running these assessments, follow the JCQ’s supervised assessments guidance for vocational and technical qualifications. This sets out how sessions should be supervised.
Where possible, assessments should be supervised by an invigilator rather than the subject teacher. If this isn’t possible, the subject teacher can act as the supervisor, as long as they clearly explain their role and responsibilities to students.
New Technical Education Networks resources
New resources are now available from Gatsby’s Technical Education Networks to support your delivery.

If you haven’t already, submit your provider approval to deliver the T Level in Health as soon as possible. All new students from September 2026 must be registered on the Pearson T Level in Health.
