We are currently developing our new Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship in Hospitality Retail Outlet Management.
The qualification is aimed at supervisors and team leaders in hospitality retail outlets such as cafes, coffee houses, restaurants - any establishment that prepares and serves food and drink to paying customers where the supervisor works independently without the support of a manager on site.

31 credits if taken as a stand-alone qualification or 33 if taken as an Apprenticeship.
