Correction to the specification for our Level 2 Diploma in Clinical Healthcare Support

The unit entitled ‘Give customers a positive impression of yourself and your organisation’ should have evidence requirements attached to it. These were missing from our Specification (Issue 2), but this has now been corrected and Specification (Issue 3) is available. The evidence requirements can be found on pages 249 and 250.

Please ensure that learners who select this unit from 1 June 2013 onwards are assessed against the evidence requirements.
