Update on the dispatch of certificates and hard copy results

Due to the impact of Coronavirus (COVID-19), we are aware some centres have closed, so we have decided to hold the dispatch of all certificates and hard copy results documents for LCCI, PTE, BTEC and General Qualifications until further notice. This is to ensure these documents are not held or lost in transit.

We will review the situation regularly and issue a further update on certificates for June 2020.

If you require the certificates urgently, we may deliver on an exceptional basis, this can also be to an alternate address with the approval of your Head of Centre. To arrange delivery please contact eprocessing@pearson.com.
