New standard-specific qualifications for Customer Service Practitioner
These standard-specific optional qualifications have been developed to specifically support:
- Off-the-job training and includes qualifications mapped to the knowledge and transferable skills of the standards (Certificate sized qualifications).
- Both off-the-job and on-the-job training and includes qualifications mapped to the full standards, covering all the knowledge, skills and behaviours (Diploma sized qualifications)
We also offer the following optional qualifications in Business and Administration and Sales, Marketing and Procurement:
Business Administrator Level 3
Team Leader / Supervisor Level 3
Retailer Level 2
