New standard-specific qualifications for Customer Service Practitioner

Pearson BTEC Level 2 Certificate in Customer Services Practitioners

Pearson BTEC Level 2 Diploma in Customer Services Practitioners

These standard-specific optional qualifications have been developed to specifically support:

  • Off-the-job training and includes qualifications mapped to the knowledge and transferable skills of the standards (Certificate sized qualifications).
  • Both off-the-job and on-the-job training and includes qualifications mapped to the full standards, covering all the knowledge, skills and behaviours (Diploma sized qualifications)
