Some of our centres have contacted us about the deadlines for both of these processes, so we understand that this can be confusing. It’s important to get it right as this will save you time and ensure that you don’t have to make a second entry later and that you get the results and certificates when you expect.

Make a Speaking, Listening and Communication entry when:

  • the Lead Internal Verifier at your centre has completed the OSCA training exercise
  • the learners have completed and passed the Speaking, Listening and Communication internal assessments.

Once you’ve submitted your entry, we will make sure that everything is in order and then email you to confirm that your entries have been processed. When you receive this email you should then submit your marks for the internally assessed components.

When you have submitted Speaking, Listening and Communication marks, provided that the Reading and Writing elements are successfully completed and the correct cash-in code has been entered, you will receive certificates for your learners.
