For the academic year 2012/13 we've made some changes to the quality assurance processes for Entry Level Functional Skills (ELFS).
As in previous years, a Standards Verifier (SV) is allocated to a centre when you make registrations for ELFS in any subject. This year, the sampling process will consist of an initial SV visit followed by postal sampling. We also require centres to appoint a Lead Internal Verifier, in order to coordinate internal verification and act as a principal point of contact with us.
These changes have been in effect from 1 November 2012.
