The Careers Development Institute (CDI) has made the Certificate in Careers Leaderships available.

The achievement of this certificate by a post-graduate qualified teacher then qualifies the individual for resitration as careers guidance professional.

Learners need to be members of the CDI and have achieved the following units that are part of the Pearson BTEC Level 6 Diploma in Career Guidance and Development:

Y/505/2625	Lead and manage career development work in an organisation
D/505/2626	Continuously improve career development work in an organisation
T/505/2969	Plan and Design Career Related Learning Programmes
