New teaching and learning content
This month we have some new teaching and learning content on the website. We have recently added to our Entry 2 Pre Vocational Study resources and added some presentations which you will be able to use in your classroom.
You can find these new resources by following the links below. You will need to sign in to download these using your Edexcel online account.
Help with our qualifications
We have recently successfully hosted a series of training sessions. One for BTEC Home Cooking, one for teaching A2 in our BTEC Level 1 Introductory courses and one for building skills in BTEC Workskills and Personal Growth and Wellbeing.
We hope to have the recordings for these if you where unable to attend these sessions available for you to view on demand shortly.

Assessing BTEC Level 1 Intro qualifications effectively in your classroom
This session is aimed at teachers who are currently teaching or internally verifying the BTEC Level 1 Introductory qualification (17 pathways). Our trainer Katie will talk you through how to ensure your assessment is accurate in the classroom.

Skills for Life and Work in Wales
We are continuing to develop our offer for the new 14-16 Wales only qualification- Pearson Skills for Life and Work.
Explore Pearson Skills for Life and Work
This qualification will replace Level 1 Intro, Entry Level, BTEC Workskills and Personal Growth and Wellbeing for 14–16-Year-olds in Wales and we have lots of exciting support lined to up help you deliver this qualification. We are looking forward to sharing the specification with you in the next few weeks. We have made this a fully inclusive by design qualification and are really excited to show you how you can use this qualification across multiple levels in the next few months.

Register for getting ready to teach Pearson Skills for Life and Work
This session is aimed at teachers of 14–16-year-olds in Wales only preparing to deliver the Pearson Skills for Life and Work qualifications from September 2027 and will cover everything you need to know to be able to deliver and offer this in your centre.
