The Pearson Skills for Life and Work qualifications are designed to equip learners aged 14–16 in Wales with the essential skills, knowledge, and confidence to thrive in adult life, further learning, and employment.
Built especially for Welsh learners these bilingual fully inclusive Entry Level 1- Level 2 qualifications align with the Curriculum for Wales and support the development of ambitious, capable learners; enterprising, creative contributors; ethical, informed citizens; and healthy, confident individuals.
Learners can choose from a wide range of standalone units to build a pathway that reflects their interests, strengths, and support learner progression, whether this is towards future study, employment or independent living.
These will be available for first teach from September 2027.
