New recruitment qualifications are due to be launched in Q3 2015
Pearson Work Based Learning and Colleges are pleased to advise centres that our new suite of Recruitment qualifications (QCF) are due to be launched in Q3 2015.
The new qualifications will also be included within the following SASE Apprenticeship frameworks.
Intermediate Apprenticeship in Recruitment Resourcing (L2)
Apprentices who are undertaking the Recruitment Resourcing Intermediate Apprenticeship are unlikely to have prior recruitment experience.
Job roles: Recruitment Resourcer, In-house Resourcer.

Advanced Apprenticeship in Recruitment (L3)
Apprentices who are undertaking the Recruitment Advanced Apprenticeship are likely to have some prior experience in a target-focused role such as sales, marketing, customer service and/or recruitment, although this is not a formal requirement.
Job roles: Trainee/Junior Recruitment Consultant, Account Representative.
