Eportfolio submissions for A level PE
We give teachers some guidance on submitting eportfolios for A level Physical Education exams and coursework.
Updated CRAFs for units 2 and 4
At the end of 2012 Edexcel updated the coursework record authentication forms (CRAFs) for unit 2 (6PE02 1B/1E) and unit 4 (6PE04 1B/1E). Please ensure you use the updated CRAFs for coursework you submit for moderation from summer 2013 onwards.
Labelling your materials
Please refer to pages 13 and 14 of the Instructions for the Conduct of the Examination, and appendix 5 in the internal assessment, for guidance on how to label tasks submitted on CD/DVD or memory stick.
If Mpeg clips are provided, the candidate can be clearly identified, and these clips can be played using Windows Media Player, VLC media Player or QuickTime. Please don't zip files: the moderator should be able to access all files and folders directly without unzipping or altering the file or folder structure in any way.
Return of materials after moderation has taken place
It's important that you keep copies of materials submitted for moderation, as they will not be returned before October. Please note that CRAFs will not be returned.
