Delivering Pearson Functional Skills Qualifications

The form can be used by all customers (both new and existing) wishing to deliver Functional Skills at all levels.

Please note, if you are a new Private Training Provider or new Private College please ensure that you have completed our Expression of Interest process before proceeding as this application cannot be considered until due diligence is completed. Apply to become a centre

The form will take you through a series of questions depending on the Functional Skill level and type of external assessment you are applying for.

It should take you no more than 10 minutes to complete the form (which can be saved and returned to at any time if necessary).

To assist you with filling in the form you may wish to have the following information available:

• National Centre Number (if working with another Awarding Organisation)
• address details including subsites
• key contact details for Head of Centre, Quality Nominee, Exams Officer and Finance Manager, including email address and telephone number
• JCQ inspection report if applicable.

Please note, at the end of the form, your Head of Centre will have to authorise the application, by confirming the details provided are correct and agreeing to our terms and conditions.
