BTEC Nationals Level 3 Research Community
As part of the Level 3 Vocational Qualification reforms we would like to invite you to help influence the next generation of BTEC Nationals. We want to ensure we capture the teacher and learner voice in our qualifications and support materials.
This is your opportunity to have your say and get involved.
Provisional list of qualifications that will no longer be funded for 16-19 learners in England, from 2024/25: What Pearson are appealing and how you can support us
- Please see the updated information we have recently published on the Provisional list of qualifications that will no longer be funded for 16-19 learners in England, from 2024/25. It shows which qualifications Pearson are appealing as their removal will cause significant gaps in provision in 2024/25 for 16-19 learners.
- It explains how you can help support an appeal - by providing us with names of employers or HEIs you work with who accept the qualifications in question, who could potentially provide us with a letter of support. If you are able to provide us with contacts, we will be in touch with you to find out more and we will then follow up with the employer or HEI.
- Our refreshed The future of Level 3 qualifications webpage also explains the most recent developments in the context of the broader level 3 reforms.
